At NuKlean (operated by Prem Chemicals, Govind Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh), we value your privacy and uphold your right to control your personal data.

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your NuKlean user account and all personal information associated with your account at any time. This page explains our account deletion procedures, the specific data that is permanently removed, and any statutory retention requirements.

How to Delete Your Account

We provide two convenient ways to request permanent account deletion:

Option 1: In-App Direct Deletion (Immediate)

1 Open the NuKlean mobile application on your device.

2 Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

3 Scroll to Account Actions and tap "Delete Account".

4 Confirm your choice. Your account session is immediately terminated and marked for permanent purging.

Option 2: Submit Web Deletion Request (Below)

If you no longer have access to the mobile application, please fill out the official deletion request form below, or send an email to support@nuklean.com from or specifying your registered 10-digit mobile number.

Data That Is Permanently Deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, the following personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized from our active servers and databases:

Account Credentials & Authentication Data: Your 10-digit mobile number, encrypted password hash, and active JWT session tokens.
Personal Profile Information: Your full name, email address, role, and onboarding profile configurations.
Saved Delivery Addresses: All saved addresses, home/apartment numbers, street lines, landmarks, cities, and pincodes.
Active Shopping & Notification Data: Active cart items, device push notification tokens (Firebase FCM tokens), and in-app alert history.
User Linkage: All links between your user ID and submitted ratings or reviews are permanently disconnected or deleted.

Data Retention Policy & Exceptions

While your personal profile, credentials, and delivery addresses are completely and permanently purged, certain transaction-related records may need to be retained under specific legal, financial, and regulatory obligations:

Tax & Accounting Records: Completed order invoices, GST tax invoices, and sales transaction logs are required to be retained in compliance with applicable Indian commercial, tax, and accounting statutory laws.
Payment & Fraud Prevention Records: Razorpay / PhonePe payment transaction IDs, settlement IDs, and chargeback dispute records are retained to verify legitimate financial transactions and prevent fraudulent activity.
No Marketing Use: Retained records are stored in secure archives strictly for legal and financial audit compliance. No retained data is ever used for marketing, advertising, or automated communication once an account is deleted.
